Now, watching this myself I wanted to point out that I was unclear in a couple of areas - I've seen central sensitization like presentation mis-diagnosed as MS.  MS is very different from CS, and there are actual benchmarks for this horrible condition; so if I made MS seem like something it is not, I apologize.  I hope you got something from the video!
